Spring is right around the corner,
I'm sure that must be true;
For March is almost here,
Soon flowers will peek at you.

Don't let the snow steal your joy,
Don't let the cold damper your hope;
Start preparing for the spring,
Don't sit around and mope.

Soon Jonquils will poke out their heads,
Hyacinths and Crocus will bloom;
Buds will appear on tree branches,
As they get ready to groom.

Soon your garden will need your care,
So be ready with all your tools;
Don't be surprised by birds returning,
They must follow nature's rules.
