Be alert and of sober mind, your enemy the devil prowls
around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

When He died upon the cross;
But the devil is still in the world,
And can cause us great loss.

Stay alert and pray for wisdom,
Pray you won't fall for the devil's lies;
Weigh everything against the Bible,
Then you'll win against the devil's wiles.

Yes, the devil is still on the prowl,
He wants to ruin your soul;
Make living for your Savior Jesus,
Your most important goal.
