Christmas Day is once again past,
We knew in our hearts it would not last;
But the feelings can still remain,
And help to keep us peaceful and sane.

If we help others through the year,
Dry an eye, wipe a tear;
Christmas will remain in the air,
When showing others that we care.

With the new year comes the cold,
Effecting young, effecting old;
If we give to those around,
We'll always hear the joyous sound.

Christmas is not only a day to give,
It's a way of life - a way to live;
Jesus fills our hearts with joy,
Every girl and every boy.

So, now that Christmas Day is past,
Won't you help me make it last?
We can change the world, you'll see,
It's up to you - it's up to me.
