FROM THE PWL PLINKO HALL IN ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI.
- In the curtain-jerker, RUFUS VAN PELT and BILLY JO JIVE (with
"Sweet" SUSIE SUNSET) defeated THE UNDERGROUND
UGLIES by pinfall in 6:03 when RVP pinned UU 2.
- DARK ANGEL once again successfully defended her Women's
World title by pinning MRS. BUTTERWORTH in 4:20.
- Midgets' World champion CAP'N CRUNCH retained his strap
by defeating KID DY-NO-MITE by submission in 5:16.
- SKELETOR won a 10-man battle royale, last eliminating NON
in 9:20. The other participants were MR. SANDMAN, SETH,
WILSON FISK, HUMAN TORNADO, M. KLEATS, JOHNNY CARWASH,
SUEDE SIMPSON, and BIG HEAD GUY.
- THUMBELINA (with AUNT RHODY) made her PWL house show
debut, pinning THE SORCERESS in 3:07.
- North American tag team champions THE FABULOUS HORNER
BROTHERS wrestled THE MOONDOGS to a double-disqualification
in 8:47.
- STARSHINE HIPPIE made a successful World cruiserweight
title defense, pinning DUH CHEE in 9:08.
- NC-17 held onto their World tag team championships, but
only because challengers THE PILLARS OF PAIN were
disqualified for attacking the referee one too many times.
Time of this match was 8:12.
- North American heavyweight champion COOLEROY wrestled FAT
ALBERT to a 20-minute time limit draw.
- In the mainevent, World heavyweight champion THE TERROR
faced President J.J. STERNBUTT's mystery opponent of the
week, who turned out to be LOUIE BRAUN. Terror easily
destroyed the outmatched Braun, and fans even rallied
behind the heel Terror to beat Braun further. Terror
ended the match with a pinfall at 5:50. Afterwards, Braun
took the mic, and announced that he was leaving St. Louis
for Galesburg, Illinois, because he "was more
popular there." Terror showed his heel side by bad-mouthing
the fans, which led to THE TRAIN and GENE WEST making an
appearance, and the show concluded with another Train-Terror
brawl that went back to the dressing rooms.
