Mina was the first Sailor Scout to be found, and the only Inner Scout not found by Luna. Instead, she was discovered by Artemis. She used to be a hero in England under the name of Sailor V and was idolized by Serena and almost everyone else. Then she moved to Japan and became friends with Serena. She is very much like Serena in that they are always late for school and are ditzy. She is also known for her relentless boy-chasing.

As Sailor V, she had been fighting the Negaverse long before the other Scouts were discovered. As Sailor Venus, her attacks are based on beauty and light which can vanquish any evil. While Sailor Moon is often thought of as the leader, Sailor Venus is really the leader of the Scouts who protect the Princess. Mina is very open-minded and friendly, and doesn't have any enemies except for the Negaverse and such.
