"WWF 11 Alive" Results

Results of the February 14, 1998 edition:

Announcers: Kevin Kelly & Michael Cole.

Justin "Hawk" Bradshaw def. Mark Kyle (pinfall).

Bradshaw has apparently dumped the "Blackjack" gimmick, but he looks the same.
During the match, Jim Cornette kept peering out from behind the curtain at the rampway's entrance.
Bradshaw chased Cornette away following the match.

The Week in Review - something about Honky Tonk Man, The Greatest Of All Time, at an Indiana Pacers game.

Kurrgan (the ex-Interrogator) def. Lance Jade (clawhold-pinfall).

As on Raw, Jackyl came down from the rafters and preached to the crowd during the match.

Dok Hendrix hypes the IYH: NWO PPV.

The New Age Outlaws def. Tom Brandi & Flash Funk (pinfall-Road Dog on Brandi) to retain the WWF tag straps.

In a gripping main event, Owen Hart successfully defends the WWF European belt, sharpshooting Jesus Castillo of Los Boricuas.

Savio, Miguel, and Jose are there to help their buddy, but their hijinks inevitably backfire.

All in all, nothing special, but I didn't feel as if my time was wasted. As "11 Alive" is just a re-packaged "Shotgun Saturday Night," which isn't on locally, I don't feel like my time is wasted. I thought "SSN" was supposed to have a different feel, but what do I know?

Brian Christopher & Flannagan def. Taka Michinoku & Pantera (pinfall).

during the match, Pantera mistakenly moonsaulted onto Taka. Following the match, the two began arguing and Pantera turned on Taka. Kelly and Cole were horrified.

Two of Los Boricuas (Miguel & Savio, I believe) def. The Quebecers (pinfall).

The Godwinns interfered, one nailing Jacques Rougeau with a bucket, leading to the pin.
The perhaps-soon to be-leaving Tammy "Sunny" Fytch was "special guest ring announcer for this bout.

Dok Hendrix hyped the upcoming In Your House: No Way Out.

"The Rock" Rocky Maivia successfully defended his I-C championship by pinning Tom Brandi.

A recap of the Tyson-Austin feud was shown, followed by bits and pieces of the February 5 press conference.
