The
Membership committee is responsible for supervising the initiation of new
members into the Fraterntiy through the Upsilon Omega
Chapter. Anyone interested in joining the Fraternity
should send a letter to: Membership Chairman In order to be admitted into the Fraternity a
candidate must successfully complete the membership process and pay all initial
fees in advance. New
initiates may borrow their fees and dues from the Omega Federal Credit Union ANTI-HAZING NOTICE: Notice is hereby given
that hazing is strictly prohibited and outlawed by the Fraternity and no one
will be subjected to any form of hazing as defined by law and/or any rules and
regulations of the Fraternity or college or university authorities.
Furthermore, no one who voluntarily submits to, acquiesces in or allows himself
to be hazed, will be admitted into the Fraternity, nor will the Fraternity be
liable to such a candidate who fails to oppose or resist any form of hazing and
fails to report any efforts or attempts to haze to the appropriate Chapter
authorities. Any attempt to haze must be reported to the Chapter Membership
Selection Chairperson, the Chapter Basileus, the Eighth District Representative
and the International Headquarters, whose contact information is contained
within this website. Any member of the Fraternity guilty of hazing or an
attempt to haze is acting on his own, without any authorization nor sanction of
the Fraternity nor any of its officers, directors, agents or representatives,
and such member or members as shall be guilty of hazing or an attempt to haze
or who shall be guilty of aiding, abetting or attempting to aid or abet any other
member in hazing or attempted hazing of any prospective member or member of the
Fraternity shall be subjected to expulsion from the Fraternity as well as
