Targat Victory - T.A.R.G.A.T. Commander

I thought he looked like he demanded recognition and that's just what I gave him. The stuff on his chest and his left leg were some sort of Japanese symbols before I butchered them but it doesn't matter anyway because I forgot what they stood for. I do remember that whatever the two on his leg meant was what I originally wanted his name to be. And trust me it was better than Targat Victory.
