As you may know, Jennifer Piech played the role of Katherine McGowen in the original Broadway cast of the story that everyone knows, but can never truley experience until you see the musical. Featured in I Must Get on That Ship, Lady's Maid, No Moon, The Staircase, and To the Lifeboats Jennifer's portrayal of the third class Irish passenger is amazing. This role marked her Broadway debut, and what a role! Her character had a great turn of the century quality and great depth.McGowen, like many of the other third class passengers boarded, the Titanic with great hopes and aspirations for the future.
