1/2 POUND OF GROUND BEEF , DRAINED
1/2 POUND OF GRATED CHEESE
1 BIG ONION
2-4 JALEPENO PEPPERS
MIX BATTER WELL,AND GREASE A 10 INCH SKILLET !!! SPRINKLE WITH CORNMEAL AND BROWN SLIGHTLY !!!POUR IN HALF THE BATTER AND SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE , BEEF , ONIONS AND PEPPERS !!! POUR ON REMAINING BATTER AND BAKE ABOUT 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES !!!
