A. B. Bever For Clerk of Court
For the office of Clerk of Court the present incumbent, A. B. Bever, stands for re election. The history of thei young man is too well known to need repeating. He is one of Wisconsin's native sons, a man of every quality that makes a trusted and afficient official. He is a graduate of the Wausau Business Collage, and for five years was bookkeeper for the Arpin Lumber Company, relinquishing that position to fill vacancy in the office he now holds-the appointment being made by Circuit Judge Charles M. Webb. Two years ago he was elected to the office and has fullfilled every trust incumbent upon him. His faithfulness of duty and pleasing disposition has won him the esteem and admiration of all. His re-election would be a fitting tribute to a deserving official.
A. B. Bever, Clerk of Court, Marries
A. B. Bever, who succeeded himself to the office of clerk of court in the recent election, was united in marriage on Wednesday of last week at Grand Rapids, his bride being Miss Celia McCarthy, an estimable young lady of that city. The event comes as a surprise to Mr. Bever's many friends in this end of the county although it was surmised on several occasions during the campaign that he was absent minded. Well if he makes as good a husband as he does officer his fair young bride will never have reason to regret the step she has taken. The News extends congratulations.
