Bever-Barkley
At 7 o'clock this morning in St. John's Catholic church Miss Lucille Barkley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Warsenski, East Blodgett Street, became the bride of Joseph Anton Bever, son of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Bever, North Central Avenue. Father A. J. Dorrenbach officiated.
The bride was tastefully gowned in a suit of dark brown with Chinese mink trim, hat and accessories to match. She wore a corsage of yellow tea roses and carried a prayer book. Miss Helen Petrack, as bridesmaid, was also attired in a brown wool suit with fur trimming and hat and accessories matching. She carried a boaquet similar to the bride's and prayer book. Raymond Heintz served the groom as best man.
Covers were laid for 12 at the breakfast served at the home of the bride's parents for immediate relatives. A beautifully decorated wedding cake, chrysanthemums and oak leaves formed the centerpiece on the table.
Mr. and Mrs. Bever will leave on a two weeks' wedding trip to Port Washington and Milwaukee and on their return will makr their home on North Central avenue.
