Apperiance:Aydra's eyes are a deep blue green like the sea. Her hair and tail are a jet black while her coat is a medium brown and she stands over 7 feet tall. Her human half is lightly tanned. She has a four pack and her arm muscles show great definition. She has a leather belt with a pouch large enough to conceal her dagger behind it. In the pouch, she keeps any gold pieces she has, herbs, a small sack of fairy dust, and a silver bracelet embroidered with a red apple that has a bite taken out of it. The bracelet is her most valuable item with her because it was given to her by Shadow. Her clothes, or what little she has, is simply a sleeveless shirt that shows her middriff.
Brief History: Aydra was five when she was adopted by elves. She was found in thick bushes by Shadow, who ran back to get her Grandmother. When the two returned, they found the little centaur unconscious and badly wounded. They saw no other signs of centaurs around so they took her in and nursed her back to health. Aydra recovered quickly and over that short period of time, Shadow's parents grew fond of her and took her as their own. She once asked Grandmother about her birth parents. Grandmother told her there was a possible battle, judging from all the hoof prints they saw when they found her, and she was abandoned. Possibly left for dead by the herd.Shadow was her best and only friend. They grew together, learned magic together, and learned to fight under the same trainer, together. They trained, sometimes, by playing games. Such games were: Hide and Seek, Shadow taught Aydra to walk soft and swift; tag, Aydra taught Shadow how to breathe properly while running, in order to go faster and farther. Shadow soon was able to tag Aydra with ease. Lastly, Sherriff and thieves. Their father or brother would play the Sherriff. Both Aydra and Shadow learned to work together as a team to reach goals, Aydra learned to run with a rider, and Shadow learned to ride on a "horse's" back. Someimes, Shadow rode Aydra for fun. Other times she would chase Aydra because Aydra nabbed her apple. She gave it back!!! . . . with a bite missing. Aydra has a passion for apples.On her 6th birthday, Shadow gave Aydra a silver bracelet and embroidered on it a red apple with a bite missing. The girls laughed at the joke.One evening, when Aydra was 10, she was outside observing stars. Shadow had gone inside already. The peace of the evening was shattered by a painful cry. Aydra got up and saw Father being beaten by thieves. She rushed out to help him and was stopped in persuit. She felt a rope around her neck and a man on her back. He yelled, "This centaur ought to be a hard worker!" Someone yelled back,"Tie her up then! We'll take her with us!" And so Aydra was taken from her home, her family . . . and Shadow. The thieves traveled for three days and stopped at a tavern to celebrate their successful raid and capture of Aydra. Aydra, outside, was working the ropes that bound her when she heard them say something about Father. Once free, she ran as far as she could until she reached a forest and took refuge. The next morning, she looked around and saw mountains in three directions. She was in the North!! For the next six years, she lived in Altensteid. The capitol city in the North Province. There she worked to earn money in order to keep up and improve her skills of magic and combat. Now, skilled enough to leave, she begins her life of solitude and search.
