My Thoughts

In addition to her acting, Kathleen also teaches acting at St Mary College in Leavenworth, KS. She is always a wonderful Mrs. Cratchit in A Christmas Carol--a role that could easily be ruined by someone with less dedication. My greatest praise for Kathleen is for her portrayal of Paulina in The Seagull. She was truly a gem...her scene with the doctor where she begs him to take her away and ends up bursting into tears and later destroying his flowers in a state of jealousy....it was one of the most exciting and refreshing parts of the entire play. I always look forward to seeing her in plays...she is not only a lovely actress, but a charming person as well.
