FREEZING
GUAVAS
These tropical fruits freeze adequately, but the
texture
will change considerably. Wash, peel and halve the
fruits
and remove seeds. Puree in a food processor or
blender
or mash with a fork. Freeze the puree in a dry pack
or
honey pack or freeze halves in thin honey syrup. Seal,
label
and freeze.
