It is my opinion that we, as a national organization, have lost sight of our purpose and have degenerated into a bunch of grumpy narrow minded old farts arguing about ridiculous things that have nothing to do with what's really important... perpetuating the memory of our shipmates who gave their lives in the pursuit of their duties…remember those words?
Until new forward thinking individuals are voted into the national spotlight that wish to use reason and common sense instead of rigid short sidedness in dealing with day to day matters I do not wish to be a part of this organization. If in the future this happens I might reconsider my decision.
With that in mind I implore you to make your vote count and vote for Art Randall for National Commander.
