Coach Evers





Pat Evers became the program's pitching coach in 2007 after a very successful playing career. He helped lead Forest Park CC to an NJCAA D-II World Series appearance in 2001. In 2004 he was the Central Illinois Collegiate League Reliever of the Year and a Post-season All-Star. He was a key set-up man on the 2005 Central Missouri State team which went 57-9 and one of 7 pitchers from that team to sign professionally. He played with the River City Rascals of the Frontier League in 2005 and 2006, and set the franchise record for saves in a season and all-time saves. Coach Evers has a degree in Exercise Science and served as a strength and conditioning coach for both the CMSU baseball and golf teams in 2006.
