Wor. Bro. Bembry was born in Kansas City , Missouri on November 4, 1967 and shortly thereafter moved to Hartville, Missouri where he attended elementary and high school. Upon graduation from high school he moved to Lebanon, Missouri and attended Drury University while working as a tool and die maker helper. He later became employed with the Division of Family Services as a caseworker. He is presently the County Director of the Dallas County Division of Family Services overseeing income maintenance and child abuse and neglect programs. He has a daughter Trista Bembry and a son Nigel Bembry. 

    Wor. Bro. Bembry holds a perpetual membership in Laclede Lodge #83, serving as Worshipful Master in 1997. During his term he recieved the Grand Lodge Achievement Award. He has also served as a member of the Grand Lodge Speakers Bureau. 

    He is a Past High Priest of the Lebanon Chapter #64 Royal Arch Masons and is a member of the Order of the High Priesthood. During his term he recieved the Distinguished Chapter award. 

    He is a Past Illustrious Master of Lebanon Council #56 Royal and Select Masters and a member of the Order of the Silver Trowel. 

    He is Past Commander of Lebanon Commandery #33 Knights Templar and the Commandery was named Commandery of the Year during his term. He also belongs to the Past Commanders Association and has earned the Pro Merito Award with a bronze Cluster for membership. 

    He belongs to Sword of Bunker Hill Ozarks Order #109. 

    He was knighted into the Knight of the York Rite Cross of Honour of Missouri Priory #17 in June of 1999. 

    He is a member of the Joplin Valley Scottish Rite Bodies and is a Past President of 
the Scottish Rite Club of Laclede County. He was invested with the Knights  Commander Court of Honour on October 20, 2001. 

    He is a member of the Abou Ben Adhem Shrine Temple and is a Past Rajah of the Laclede County Shrine Club. 

    He served as Worthy Patron of Lebanon Chapter #259 Order of the Eastern Star for two terms. 

    He is a member of Tiperary Council Knight Masons. 

    He was inducted into American Mensa High I.Q. Society and is a member of Fiat Lux, a Masonic research group associated with Mensa. 

    He was commissioned as a Colonel in the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels by the governor of Kentucky in 1994. 

    Through his Southern heritage he became a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans and is presently serving as the 1st Lt. in Emmett MacDonald Camp #1846. 

    He is also a member of the Military Order of Stars and Bars an associated group of  the SCV which requires the member to show a genealogical connection to a Condederate officer or elected official.
