This is the portable system Tiger made and sold and still does try to sell. It had a monocrome touchscreen and internet capablites.
They made one Sonic Game for it called Sonic Jam- It had " Sonic 2, Sonic 3, and Sonic and Knuckles" on it.
Although I've found a picture on a another webpage that looks like its of Sonic 3D Blast and it was on a game.com page.
