291 Teams from 23 states came together on October 2 and 3, 2003 for the Midwest Sportsman National Classic.

With the support of Tracker Marine and Bass Pro Shops this was the largest classic ever held for the average fisherman.

Over $110,000.00 in cash, prizes and merchandise was given back to the participants who fished in this years classic.

Food was provided on Monday night by D & L Jigs -- they furnished Southern Bar-B-Q Pulled Pork and all the trimmings, and it was all gone by the end of the night.

On Tuesday night Jet-A-Marina had a Bar-B-Q dinner for all the fishermen, and again it was all gone by the end of the night.

On Wednesday night JR's Executive Inn again provided a super Banquet -- complete with Southern Fried Cat Fish and Chicken along with all the trimmings -- JR's did an outstanding job and all the fishermen were well satisfied!
