Rawlings - Rawlings Claim Division II title

The weather for the final Division II tourney was the absolute best of all and it was about time since many of the previous dates we fished were rainy, windy, or just plain nasty. 10 teams showed to try to improve on their points for the year and qualify for the National Classic in October. Besting the field would be Division I anglers Rick Holmden and Bryant Ward with an impressive sack. The team of Schmidt and Marinier took the last paying spot and the team of Clint and Tom Rawlings took second and also claimed the 2004 Division II Championship. They were awarded plaques and a $40 merchandise certificate at Anglers Tackle Box of Nixa, MO and we appreciate Mark's sponsorship this year. All teams were treated to a lunch provided by division directors Dale and Sherry Jones who wanted to show their appreciation for the support of all the area anglers and look forward to returning next year.
