In their first smash hit movie since they hit pre-teens, the twins play the soccer talented Sam and her less talented sister Emma. Their father is the coach of the championship team but finds out this year that the league turned coed. As his first pick he takes Emma but Sam gets taken by the worst team in the league. To make each other happy the girls switch teams but get caught playing agaisnt each other in the final game of the championship.
