I waited patiently for the Lord he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the desolate pit and set my feet upon a rock. He put a new song in my mouth a song of praise to our God.
In 1996, our oldest daughter was killed by a man who ran a red light on a busy city street.  Of course, we were devastated and desolate, as was David in this Psalm.  The Lord made His presence known and gave me.......................
