Big Sky Debate ~ A great site with info about Policy, LD, and Extemporaneous Speaking.  Big Sky Debate has a great list of links to online newspapers, and a section devoted to free policy evidence.

Cross-X ~ A policy debate site with extensive forums and research opportunities.  Evidence exchange, and topic analysis are a few of its features.

HS Debate ~ A sister-site of Cross-x.com, HS Debate also has evidence exchange services, but also has a free evidence section.  Theory and background of subjects are also discussed.

Debate Lab ~ Wonderful novice site.  Explains in detain the structure and how to run arguments in all of the stock terms.  Free evidence is currently outdated, but structure lessons are still useful.

One Paradigm ~ Good site for policy.  On topic articles published on-site.  Topic analysis and philosophy are also included.

Debate Central ~  Has a list of many resources and information on all forms of competitive debate.
