*Note: The white moon in this case refers to a moon guarding The World of Light. The "white" refers to it's resonating pureity. That is, the moon that Meowth is used to looking at in his world is one that's embedded in shadow and cannot produce it's own light to shine onto his world (and thus his "black sea").
In this poem, Jigglypuff is metaphorically from The World of Light because in "Tunnel Vision" she did away with his depression (and vise versa).
The Lighthouse of the Dark

Swamped by my own misery…
In a darkening, darkening, depthful black sea…
…I philophize of somewhere lying another me.
Before I drown, I have a chance to scream,
But I hesitate, who’d come save me?
If I shall die before I weep…
…Bury me not, let me be.
More dreams of mine have washed up on shore.
Others take them.
More…and more…
As I swim into the sea…
…A messiah shows up next to me.
She’s from The World of Light, where the moon is white, you see.
…From The World of Light… How could this be?!
She places her paw upon me…
…And I never thought it possible…
…But for once I no longer feel lonely!
