Copyright
Limitation
Copyright does not protect every product of the imagination, no matter
how many brain cells were expended in its creation.
It is such an important law in copyright law that it bears repeating:
copyright protects only particular expressions of ideas, not the ideas
themselves.
Ideas
are building blocks of creations.
Ideas may lead to thousands of expressions and granting control over an
idea would limit creative expression.
Therefore
copyright protects only particular expression of Idea and not the Idea
itself.
Copyright protection is denied to procedures, processes, systems, and
methods of operation, concepts, principles or discoveries.
