Bowling in cricket is when a bowler bowls a ball from one part of the pitch to the other part. The main reason of bowling is to take a wicket, and a wicket is taken when the ball hits the stumps and the bails fell, then a batsman is declared out. There are many reasons to get out,you can get out if you are running between the wickets and you fail to reach your crease before the wicketkeeper catches the bowl from the fielder and take off the bails, or if you play a shot in the air and the fielder catches without letting it bounce on the ground. You can even get stumped, supposing a batsman tries to play a shot and he misses it and his feet is out of the crease and the wicketkeeper takes the ball and hits and removes the bails then the batsman is declared out, this is usually done when a spinner is balling. One other way is to trap the batsman in front of the wickets, this is done when the batsman tries to bring his front foot before the wickets and disallows the ball to touch the wicket, this kind of out is called LBW, which means Leg Before Wicket. Usually fast bowlers are fun to watch, coz they rock the stadium with their bowlings.
The Most Wickets Taken By a Bowler
The most wicket taken by any bowler is Wasim Akram. He is known as the backbone and the main bowler for Pakistan. He has the record for the most hatricks. If three wickets fall in a row it is called hatrick. He was the Man-of-the-Match when Pakistan won the World-cup back in 1992. He ripped apart the batting line-up of England. Though everyone thought that Pakistan would lose the World-cup final but, this man proved everyone wrong and he and his team brought home the World-cup for Pakistan.
Two things are shown over here! One is that the umpire is showing his finger which shows that the batsman is out and the second is Wasim Akram's happiness.

Some of The Important Spinners Of the World
Spinners are the main bowlers, who take care of slowing down the score run-rate against the batting team, and they are most likely to take more wickets since batsmen mainly take risk of having a chance to score more runs on the spinners. So,spinners are more likely to have wickets easily when the batsman are taking chances on the spin bowlers. There are 2 kinds of spinners, Leg-spinner and Off-spinner.A leg spinner is the one who spins the ball to the wicket from the leg side of the pitch to the middle,as for the left-hand batsman it will be off-spin. While the offspinner goes the other way round with the spin.
