Pienza
Heading south we stopped for lunch in Pienza, a delightful 15th century hill town. The lunch was delicious. Our funny and friendly waiter brought us complimentary limoncello and biscotti after we told him we couldn't possibly eat any more.
All over Italy, we saw this rainbow flag displayed outside building windows with the word PACE (peace).
