History: Not much is known about her, since she is so young. In the manga, she is Sailor Cosmos, a persona created by Usagi like Mamoru created Tsukikage no Knight. In the anime, she is Chibi-Chibi Moon, a Sailor Senshi created by Galaxia's star seed (which is why Galaxia doesn't have a star seed). She just appeared out of nowhere, riding on an umbrella like Mary Poppins. Her umbrella belw away and Usagi caught it and gave it back to her, and for some reason Chibi-Chibi followed her home. Chibi-Chibi disappeared, but when Usagi opened the door to her house there was Chibi-Chibi, her mother saying she was part of the family (much like what Chibi-Usa did). Chibi-Chibi can't talk; all she can do is mimic what other people say or say 'chibi' (i.e. "Hello, how are you?" "Chibi..")
Transformations: She touches Eternal Sailor Moon's Moon Tier and turns into Sailor Chibi-Chibi Moon.
Attacks: none, except she gave Usagi the attack called Silver Moon Power Kiss
