History: Like all the Sailor Star-Lights (NOT Sailor Stars), he is male in his human form and female in her Sailor form; they turned into men to attract their princess Kakyuu (in the manga, it's only a disguise). He is the lead singer of the band The Three Lights. He calls Usagi "odango atama" just like Mamoru used to, much to Usagi's disdain. He wants to have a relationship with Usagi, but to his disappointment, she sees him only as a friend. Seiya is friends with the Inner Senshi, and as Sailor Star-Fighter, she is always there to help them defeat the enemies. But Neptune and Uranus don't get along with the Star-Lights.
