She doesn’t fall down on her knees and begins to cry, So why should I be the one wishing myself to die. She’s stronger than me yet went through the same hell, Can’t I be the same and break through my isolated cell. She doesn’t bother with the rough treatment she receives, What she gets from others is the same dealing she gives. She is so much more than what she used to be before, Yet somehow it seemed she had opened the wrong door. Cold towards people as though ice went through her heart, A small move is what it takes to have a screwed up start. Hot towards the goals that will takes this girl quite far, But unsure of her needs cause she hoped on a broken star. Frozen on the inside wishing someone to hold her hand, Yet no one is there, so she thinks no one can understand. Burning with desire for someone to set her spirit free, Let her be a bird freed from a cage and just let her be. She was robbed from something special and took it hard, Broken hearted girl promised to always be on her guard. I was robbed just like her and thought the same way she did, I thought it was the ending feeling that I couldn’t breathe. But she took the wrong step trying to correct this mistake, Even from this day, the wounds don’t heal, it still ache. Time is suppose to heal things but sometimes it does not, It is just a moment of fault that has this step meaning a lot. It’s never too late even though the past cannot change, What is done is done yet the path can always rearrange. Feelings be unstable, it goes from one mood to the next, Just like words, it deals with thoughts; it changes text. She thought treating people the way one person treated her, Then no longer did she feel herself around anyone secure. One moment is all it takes to mess up someone’s mind, She thought she was strong but left a major issue behind.
