Hello, all, this is the Webmistress speaking. I haven't updated this site in a very long time, as you well know. I have been writing and am still active in my love of particular fandoms, however, the recent overhaul to Angelfire has, well...confused me a little bit. I'm not sure how to navigate the site as well and my vision for my tiny space on the internet just hasn't been coming to fruition.
I am in no means a brilliant net user. I know HTML, that's it. I don't know how to make my site look all that great and I've come to learn that most people my age don't even bother with sites on free hosts anymore. I'm just a college student, I don't have the funds to pay for a site, so I'm just going to have to work with what I have.
This is not a good bye post. This is a note telling anyone that might stumble thisaway that this site is in need of a serious update. There are a bunch of stories I have to post, and there are a few I'm finishing (the chapter ones, such as the romance novel-esque FF8 featuring Squall and Zell). I plan on doing this update, I'm just not sure it's gonna be all that and a bag of chips.
One last thing, I've decided to change the name of the site again. It used to be The Ronin Rooms (back when I started the site in the mid '90s), then I changed it to The Behemothe Estate. Behemothe is a pseudonym I was using for my last name, but as I have married, my name no longer works with Behemothe. Since my partner goes by the nickname Duo, I could viably use the name Maxwell, but I might not. *shakes head* I'm digressing. Anyway, I'm thinking of calling the place The Neo Base. That's still up in the air.
