"Change of Season, Change of Heart" By: Jackal Moon

As the seasons change, so does mankind.
Technology advances, yet we are left in the dark.
So many great jumps, yet so little progress.
People say someday technology will enslave us.
It already has.
We can no longer live without it.
Yet with all the advances, so many problems remain.
Crimes, gangs, disease, all out of hand.
If only mankind would see the advances
Are not important
Unless they benefit you and me.
To overcome sickness, to overcome disease.
A world without illness.
What a wonderful place that would be.
