History: Aspiga is basically a really big spider. He was around on the same island that minya was born long before the weather control scientists came. His original size is unknown, but it is theorized that he was a lot smaller before the weather control accident that made the Kamacuras larger. He killed the last remaining Kamacura, which was probably his main food source. He fought with Godzilla, and lost. An Aspiga popped up in Destroy All Monsters to help the earth, but it is unclear if it was the same one, which would have had to miraculously survive being set on fire and then frozen.

He can encase the enemy in webbing sort of like the Larva Mothra. He can also kill weaker opponents instantly. He was even able to practically poke Godzilla’s eye out. Despite the fact he is assumed to be weak, there is not much monsters that can say that it took two other ones to knock it down.
