History: Minilla mysteriously appeared near Mt. Fuji around the time that the Xillians made their main assault against Earth’s forces in 20XX. It is assumed that Minilla is of the same species as Godzilla, and is possibly the son of Godzilla, but his origins were never specified. What is known is that he does not contain the "M-Ase" that allows the Xillians to control him. He met an old hunter and his grandson, which he befriend, and they drove around Japan following Godzilla. After witnessing the battle with Rodan, Anguirus, and King Caesar, Minilla tried his best to let out a celebratory thermonuclear beam, and ended up greatly increasing in size. After the final battle with the Xillians, Godzilla turned his attention back on the crew of the Gotengo, but Minilla appeared and placed himself between them, pleading for Godzilla to stop his attack against humanity. Godzilla apparently agreed, and both Minilla and Godzilla swam off into the sunrise.

Being just an infant Godzilla, Minilla lacks both the physical strength and the experience necessary to fight. He luckily never had to, but if he did he wouldn’t fare well. He does have weak nuclear powers, and tends to go into growth spurts, but overall he’s not very capable. Still, he has the belief in what is right and wrong, and will not back down from what he knows to be good act.
