History: in an attempt to raise a sunken ship by blowing up a balloon with air from inside, the lost travelers of a certain "mysterious" island encountered this creature as they were walking underwater. It attacked them and managed to grab one, but was chased off with electric-type weapons.

A fairly generic cephalopod water monster, only this time with a shell to hide in. Tough rubbery skin, grasping tentacles, great at moving through the water, the usual.
