History: Gigan is a cyborg from Nebula Space Hunter M. He is a species of space monster that was enhanced by cybernetics. He was sent by his creators to destroy earth along with Ghidorah. He was stopped by Godzilla and Anquirus. His creators then sent him to help their allies, the Seatopians, to fight alongside Megalon against Godzilla and Jet Jaguar. He lost and flew off. Speculative reports claim that he was captured by Garoga forces, sent back to Earth, fought with Godzilla again, and was eventually killed by Zone Fighter.

Fighting Power: ****

The only reason Gigan lost was because he was a "bad guy". His normal fighting abilities are the highest of all the monsters. Using his sharp hooks and chain saw, he can slice through even the toughest skin. He can literally hack a wimpy monster to pieces. It was never done in the movies for obvious reasons, but the ability is still there. Although he never used it in the movies, he does have a laser on his forehead. It was probably never used because the special effects department were either lazy, or didn’t have enough money. He can also use his speed and agility against slower opponents, and fly through the air for "hit-and-run" tactics. Gigan can do a lot, and is a very powerful foe.
