History: The original Mothra had laid an egg on Infant Island before fighting with Godzilla in 2003. The eggs hatched in mid-battle, and the two larva that came out swam towards Tokyo to help in the battle alongside Mothra and Kiryu (the current Mechagodzilla). During the fight, Mothra sacrificed herself to save the twin larvae. The larvae then used their silk to wrap Godzilla in a cocoon, allowing Kiryu to fly off with Godzilla towards the bottom of the Japan trench. The larvae then swam back to Infant Island.

As with any larva Mothra, they are kind of weak. They can shoot sticky silk out of their mouths to incapacitate their enemies, but it takes a long time to accomplish. They are good at using the environment as cover, can take a surprising amount of damage, and have a habit of biting other monsters’ tails. With two of them, they would have a combined power of 3, but individually they are fairly weak. They can help out in a fight, but are not good alone.
