The Chameleon -

History:
Taking a few cells from Godzilla and a few from a chameleon, Cameron winter was able to create a monster that would have destroyed Godzilla (who drank about a ton of tranqulizers before the fight) if not for the intervention of the French Government which destroyed the Chameleon with a biological agent. The lower body of this mutation resembles the King of the Monsters but the head resembles a chameleon much much more than dinosaur. Three bony protusions make up the mouth with a tiny beady eye on either side. Since Cameron Winter ment this monster to be the ultimate weapon against Godzilla, the Chamelon is immune from Godzillas thermonuclear breath. Because of the Chamelon DNA, when it is standing still against a hard surface, it turns invisible to even radar.

The chameleon is one of the many anti-Godzilla weapons. It joins the ranks of Robo-Yeti, French anti-Godzilla Bazooka and cyber-fly swarm. This is one of the most successful attempts as it almost killed Godzilla (who was doped up on tranquilizers at the time). It's claws are its main weapon, watining stealthaly for an enemy to come close enough for it to dis-member. However, like the other Godzilla copy (Cyber-Godzilla) The Chameleon has no free will and loses all of the creativity that is a in-herent part of his genetic code.
Crackler
AKA: The static cling monster

Regular abilities: none
Special abilities: Electric bolt
Weaknesses: Can just dissapear if walker wakes up from his coma.
History: The HEAT team is challenged when a gigantic, humanoid-shaped energy monster (The Crackler) attacks a bus station in NYC by firing electrical blasts as a weapon against Godzilla and everything in its path. It appears
that the monsters is fueled by the subconscious Theta waves from a mysterious
man named Walker who was in a coma. The electrical monitoring devices
watching his brain waves had created Crackler. The HEAT team woke Walker
up and Crackler dissapeared in the middle of fighting Godzilla, never to be
seen again.
Fighting power: *****
Crackler can be pushed around by attacks but can't really be injured
by them. Therefore, he can't be knocked out, or submit from pain. The only
way to defeat him would be to pin him and that would be very hard considering that he can't be worn out
Cyber Fly Swarm -

History:
These cybernetic creations of Cameron Winter, CEO of Solstice Technologies, were key in his plan to control Godzilla. After sedating Godzilla, one of the cyber flies planted a control device inside of Godzilla's ear allowing Winter complete control of the monster.
Fighting power: ***
This was the first anti-Godzilla weaponry to be developed. While weak individually, they are much stronger in groups. It doesn't take much of their concentrated tranquilizer to knock out a biological mutation and if called upon to do so, they can implant a control device in the creatures ear canal. Their largest fault however is that they are used for defense and can cause no serious injury to monsters. With a few well placed tail whacks, they are defeated with relative ease.
Cyber-Godzilla
AKA: cyborg-godzilla. godzilla’s cybernetic daddy.
Height: 180 ft
Weight: 17,000 metric tons (estimated)
Regular abilities: Can run at a very fast speed, very agile, an excellent swimmer, sharp back spikes, claws for slashing or as an aid for climbing, has a tail specially designed for whipping opponents.
special abilities: Thermonuclear breath, energy cannons, deflector dish.
Weaknesses: Mechanical arm falls off easily. No free will.
History:
To increase their chances of victory during the Monster War, the tachyon aliens ressurected the corpse of the first godzilla. They replaced his right arm with an artificial one. They also grafted 8 energy cannons onto the prominent back spines by the arms. His chest, thighs, and cranium, are all armored for added protection. A noticeable peculiarity is that this time, the creature has a thermonuclear blast. Why is still a mystery.

Cyber-Godzilla is one of the most powerful monsters. He still retains the speed and agility of when he was organic, and has very powerful weaponry. He only fought one other monster besides Godzilla, and that was the Giant African Bat. that flight lasted about 10 seconds as the Giant African Bat was soundly knocked out. The one problem with this monster is that it has no free will. It is under the constant control of aliens which keep a tight grip on their creation. This proved to be their undoing as Cyber-Godzilla fought Godzilla and lost. No free will was allowed the creature there by eliminating the innate creativity of the Godzilla species.
DRAGMA

History: After an odd electrical storm at sea, HEAT was transported
over 15 years in the future. In that timeline, monsters called Dragmas
controlled the planet. In this timeline, Craven has gone Rambo and Hicks lost an arm
fighting the DRAGMAs. They were created by Dr. Insel in orded to stop the rampant technology growth that he thougt would destroy the planet. The creatures have an impenatrable hide and when the adults attack in groups, they can even kill Godzilla in packs. Eventually HEAT was transported back to our time and they destroyed the Dragmas while they were still in their infant stages.

Again, one of the few creatures to at least be equal in power to
Godzilla has comes along. DRAGMA's success lies in the face that its skin is
COMPLETELY inpenetrable. Remember in Gojira v.s. Gigan, when Gigan sawed into
Gojira with his belly saw and blood flew out everywhere? Well if Gigan did the same
thing to DRAGMA, it wouldn't have done a thing!
Nozug
Height: 55 meters (estimated)

Regular abilities: flight, super strength, absorbs oil through openings in his paws, resistant to fire (including Godzilla's thermonuclear breath)
special abilities: Can shoot flame from his mouth
Weaknesses: Will always look for more oil when low. He is easily rusted by water. Cannot shoot flame when low on oil
History:
In the middle east, a large rusted sphinx was found. It was unrusted and began to consume all of the oil in the area. He was dubbed "Nozzug" because of an inscribtion found on him. In the middle of a fight with Godzilla, Nozzug fled to search for more oil. The HEAT time hypothosized that the reason Nozzug was rusted was that the ancient tribes of the middle eastern deserts stopped the creature from raiding their villages. Nozzug was eventually tricked into going near the ocean and Godzilla knocked him him. Combined with a quick rusting material from the HEAT Team, Nozzug rusted over again.

Since historically this is the oldest mecha, he is quite strong. His largest weakness however is that he will always look for oil, even in the middle of fight. His flame breath is quite effective however.
The P.E.M.C.
AKA: the big pink blob

History:
The Petroleum Eating Microbe Colony (P.E.M.C. for short) was created by Dr. Hoenker to solve New York’s pollution problems. Dean Whitehead forced the P.E.M.C. to be released. After eating a few barges, it gained intelligence and went through many forms until it became a large towering organism. The P.E.M.C. fought Godzilla and was winning until the HEAT team injected the P.E.M.C. with a computer virus. It then broke down at the cellular level and turned to dust never to be heard from again.
Fighting Power: *****
The P.E.M.C. prefers gorging itself on petroleum to fighting. While incredible slow, it is almost invulnerable as physical attacks just go right through its gelatinous body. It can cover and suffocate something it it chooses to but it always keeps going for petroleum.
Mimic -

special abilities: Can transform into an EXACT copy of any creature by obtaining a sample of its DNA. Can turn back into a past body without having to reaquire their DNA because he already posses it.

History:
In an abandoned laboratory in Brazil, a protplasmic collection of pure DNA can transform into any living creature it comes into physical contact with. It not only gains the form of the creature it is taking but it also gains the intelligence and knowledge of its victim.
Fighting power: ???
Since The Mimic is a gelationous blob of DNA, its fighting ability is dependant upon the creature that it is fighting and has no other source of creativity in a fight. However it will always know that it is The Mimic and can aquire additional DNA strands in another body.
Robo-Yeti
AKA: Goheyhey Roboto (japanese)
Height: 210 ft (estimated)
Weight: 20,000 metric tons
regular abilites: strength, judo throws
Special abilites: missles, electric shock cables, venom melting enzyme spray
Weaknesses: outer plating will buckle under stress
History:
In order to destroy all of the mutations that have been surfacing around the world Dr. Ifukube created “Goheyhey Roboto” (Robo-Yeti) This mecha resembled a giant yeti until Godzilla melted the outer skin off. Robo-Yeti has a formidable armament of missles, shock cables and Judo throws. The one weakness this mecha has is snakes. King Cobra destroyed Robo-Yeti twice by constricting and Robo-Yeti’s plating buckled uder the stress.
Fighting ability: *****
This is one of the toughest mechas ever. The shock cables can in some cases cause paralysis. The judo throws also give Robo-Yeti another edge from which to conquer an opponent. Robo-yeti is everybit as strong as Godzilla; fighting him off to a standstill. Also, because it is a mecha, it feels no pain.
Seigio
AKA: First Wave, Ts-eh-Go

regular abilites: pincer claws, stabbing tail with venom injection.
Special abilites: Acid shot out of tail.
Weaknesses: none known
History:
In a secret military installationn in the New Mexico desert, the United State's scientists were told to create "biologocial weaponry"i.e. monsters. The installation focused on the use of scorpion based mutations. The result of these experiments was Seigio, a giant scorpion with the ability to shoot acid as well as inject his victim with venom. Code-named "First Wave", Seigio was too violent and had to be contained and thus, was dubbed a failure. The installation then continued in their direction of scorpion mutations and later developed "Second Wave" much smaller, but much more efficient versions of their predecessor. Eventually, Seigio broke free of his confinements and after battling Godzilla, was destroyed by "Second Wave" and vice versa.

All of the artificial mutations seem to among the strongest out there and Seigio is no different. The acid he shoots from his tail can melt away the hide of even the toughest monsters. This then allows him to deploy his deadly tail and inject his enemy with a lethal dose of venom. Seigio is not a monster to be taken lightly due to the fact that his tail has enough potent venom to put down Godzilla for the 10-count.
Techno-Sentient
AKA: T.S.

History:
Falling from space, the techno-sentient immeadiatle began to meld with any technology that was in the proximity. With this assimialted technology, the Techno-Sentient can control the most advanced weaponry and in theory, take over the world. It also has intelligence and a desire to cleanse the world of organic life in order to take over.
Fighting ability: ???
Techno-Senient able to utilize the machines it absorbs into its system, giving it the cababilty to use weapons and various transportation vehicles to its advantage. I'ts fighiting ability is is variable considering that it can absorb any and all technology.
