Ahhh, yes, that's probably what you're wondering, unless you have wondering the same thing I've been: how *did* Killer meet Carface?
For starters, I should mention that I base the story more on information that I gathered from An All Dogs Christmas Carol more than anything else, though I also got some possible info from the TV show episode "Sidekicked."
It's apparent, at least to me, that Killer seems to almost idolize Carface at times (of course, not all of the time). He refers to Carface as his "pal" in Sidekicked. And why does he keep hanging around when Carface treats him so bad? Perhaps it's because Carface saved Killer's life at some point (probably when they first met) and Killer feels almost indebted to him, maybe? Of course, this is just speculation, but it would perhaps be my guess.
