Pocahontas has been my favourite Disney heroine since the movie was released. She's always impressed most of her viewers with her strength and courage.
As well as being gorgeous
in a completely different way to the typical Disney heroine, she possesses incredible strength, caring and the ability to follow her heart even when everyone thinks she's wrong, as shown when she stood up to her father, saved John Smith's life and changed the relations between the natives and the white settlers, all in the same instant!
As well as this, she's one half of my favourite Disney couple. (In my opinion, "Pocahontas 2" and John Rolfe never happened.)
Pocahontas is also the first princess with a human best friend that I can think of, and definitely the first with a tattoo!
