Godzilla vs. Megalon's music is alot diffrent than the earlier Godzilla movies, which featured the scores of Akira Ibkube. As the eariler films had a booming score, which made Godzilla sound like an unstopable force of nature. With the Godzilla vs. Megalon score, Richiro Manabe took care of the task and turned the music from scary to light hearted and funny. With blaring horns and crazy sound effects (during the final battle a "boing, boing, boing" sound can be heard in the music) made Godzilla and his foes look very comical to appeal with small children. Along with Godzilla's puppy dog appearance and Jet Jaguar, this film was very popular with the small kids who watched shows like Ultraman and Zone Fighter on televison, where even more far fetched monsters took on robot opponenets. I have had a lot of people ask me where they can find this CD, but as for right now I have no clue. I have never seen it on e-bay or anything, but if I get any info or find out where you could get one, I will be sure to let you know!
