Decals
The markings are the Tamiya kit decals applied with Micro Sol.
302nd Naval Fighter Group, 7th Fighter Squadron, Atsugi base, Summer 1945.
Before final weathering.
Left wing "Meatball" and lights can be seen here.
Lights done with a silver base and Tamiya clear red.
And clear green.
Gekko nearing completion.
Exhaust pipes and stains.
Anti skid walkway.
The only thing not from the Tamiya kit was the 600 grit sandpaper for the anit skid walkway.
Wing tip light.
Tamiya clears are great for light lenses. It is thick enought to build it up for tear drops.
