Engine pre-weathered
Engine was painted with ModelMaster Aluminum Metalizer and a liberal coat of Detail Master Blackout. It will be finished with detail gloss black pushrod tubes and valvecovers, dusted with a special "Dirt" airbrush wash,and dry brushed with artist oils.

This is why I love building an excellent kit with Tenax ALMOST no seam to sand.
A couple hits with a sanding stick.
Then a bit with a Micromesh pad; ready for a touch up, weathering and final coat of paint.
Kind of takes the shape of a Me-262 sitting there.
