The best way that I have heard of making this is by building a fake wall, out of sheetrock or wood, with holes all over it. These holes are attached to something that pumps stage blood. You then wallpaper this wall and poke small holes in the wall paper. (By small, I mean small enough so that the camera doesn't pick it up. Use a needle or a straight pin.)Then film the wall with the blood pumping through.
