JACK AND ROSE: PRESENT TIME
Chapter Twenty

"Dang..." Dominique muttered as the five of them looked up at the ship in shock. It was huge.

After they boarded the ship, they went to find their room. The boys in one, the girls in another. Their two rooms were joined by a door.

"Right here," Jack said as he opened the door with a key. Dominique put the key in the other door next to it and opened it.

Jack, Fabrizio, and Tommy looked around their room. It was big. It had a bathroom to the left side.

Dominique and Rose smiled as they looked around their room, it was perfect. They had a door to the left side of them that led to the boys room. Dominique opened it and saw Fabrizio and Tommy laying on the bed together. Dominique cracked up with laughter as Rose came behind her and laughed, too.

"We're just testing the bed out," Tommy said.

"Sure you are..." Rose said as she continued laughing.

Just then Jack came out of the bathroom.

"Oh, it's okay girls, sometimes Tommy and Fabrizio get impatient," Jack said.

Fabrizio threw a pillow at Jack.

"Let's go out on the deck," Dominique suggested.

Everyone agreed and went out onto the deck.

"It's beautiful!" Rose said.

Jack came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her.

After a while, they all went inside, back to their rooms, except for Tommy who wanted sometime alone.

They were all in the guys room.

"Do you think Tommy will be okay?" Rose asked.

"I'm sure he will," Fabrizio replied.

Just then Tommy came in the door.

"We've got trouble aboard," he said mostly looking at Jack.

"Why?" Jack asked.

"Well, it turns out Caledon Hockley is on this ship too."

"Shit."

"You guys, it'll be okay. We probably won't even see him," Dominique said.

"I hope so," Rose replied.

Later that night at dinner...

Jack pulled out Rose's chair for her. They were all eating at the same table, but it had six chairs.

"Who is going to sit here?" Fabrizio asked.

Just then Cal came up and sat down next to Fabrizio and Tommy.

"Hey, why don't you find your own table Caledon?" Tommy asked.

"Because, I would really enjoy eating with some people from my school," Cal said.

"Well, I suggest you leave," Jack said.

"Why, this seat is empty, Remember Dawson, his bitch died."

Tommy sat their shocked as he talked about Tonya like that.

It was Jack who did something. He went over to Cal and punched him as hard as he could. Cal punched back.

"Stop it!" Dominique screamed.

A waiter came up and stopped them just as Jack got his hands around his neck.

"That is quite enough!" The waiter said.

They both got sent back to their rooms. All of Jack's friends followed him.

"Jack, are you alright?" Rose asked as she kissed his forehead.

"Yeah, I'm fine."

"Jack," Tommy said. "Thanks for doing that. I just didn't know what to do."

"Tommy, Tonya was one of my best friends. I couldn't let him talk about her like that."

"Thanks Jack."

Tommy gave Jack a hug. They all knew that this trip wasn't going to be perfect.
