JACK AND ROSE: PRESENT TIME

Seven
Rose looked up at
the clock. School was almost over. She was in a good mood, because after
school, Christmas vacation would begin.
After the bell
finally rung Rose got up out of her desk. She went straight to Jack's locker.
Once she got there,
he looked angry. "Jack?"
"Hello
Rose."
"Is something
wrong Jack?"
"Can I ask you
something?"
"Sure."
"Matt is my
friend, and he told me that he saw you kissing Caledon Hockley by you're locker
the other day."
"Jack
I..."
"Is it
true?"
"Jack, I
thought he was you!"
"You thought
he was me!?"
"I'm sorry I
didn't tell you, I just didn't want you to get upset."
"Rose..."
"Jack, I was
facing my locker and he came from behind me and started to kiss my neck, and I
just figured it was you," Rose said. "Jack! I promise you. Once I knew
it was him I yelled at him and walked off."
"Rose, why
didn't you tell me?"
"I didn't want
you to get in a big fight with Cal..."
"I wish you
would trust me..."
"Oh, Jack. I
DO trust you. It's just that I don't want to see you get hurt or anything bad
happen to you. I love you."
Jack paused. After
a few seconds he looked up at Rose and said, "Is that the truth?"
"Yes."
"I love you
too," he said as he gave Rose a hug and kissed her. "I do believe you
Rose, I'm sorry I was being mean to you."
"Jack, I
deserve it. I should have told you when it happened. I'm sorry."
After that they
walked to Jack's truck. "Do you wanna go to my house?" Jack asked.
"Oh, Jack I'd
love to but I promised Tonya and Dom that I'd go to the mall, do you wanna come
with us?"
"No thanks.
But, I'll probably be there tonight with Tommy and Fabri, so I'll see you
there."
Rose smiled.
"Okay."
Rose kissed Jack
and said goodbye. "Call me," Rose said.
"I will."
Rose walked into
her house and went upstairs to her room. She went through her closet for an
outfit to where to the mall.
She picked out a
casual maroon dress. She left her hair down and she called Tonya and Dominique.
Around 4:00 PM,
Dominique came to pick Rose up, she had already picked up Tonya.
"Hey
Rose," Dominique said as Rose got into the car.
"Hey
Dom."
"How late are
we gonna stay? Tommy said something about him and Jack and Fabri meeting us
there later tonight."
"That's what
Jack said too," Rose replied.
Tonya smiled,
"I can't wait to see Tommy."
Jack, Rose,
Fabrizio, Tonya, Tommy, and Dominique were now all best friend. They had formed
a 'group'.
Once they got there
they went clothes shopping before the boys got there.
Dominique was
obsessed with hats. She bout three really expensive ones she liked.
Rose picked out two
dresses, three pairs of shoes and one hat.
Tonya got a pair of
shoes, two shirts, and one dress.
After all that
shopping, it was 7:00 PM, and the boys should be there.
They walked up the
mall again. They say Jack, Fabrizio, and Tommy standing by the fountain.
"There they
are," Tonya said.
They walked up to
them.
Jack gave Rose a
hug and kissed her. "Why do you have to be so beautiful?" Jack asked.
Rose smiled.
"Why are you so good to me?"
"You're my
girl."
Rose smiled as she
gave him another kiss.
"Do you girls
wanna see a movie?" Tommy asked.
"Sure."
"What do you
wanna see?" Tommy asked.
"I don't
care..." Dominique said.
"Well, how
bout whatever's playing." Jack said.
They went to the
theater and they saw the movie, "The Sixth Sense".
Rose cuddled with
Jack throughout the whole movie. They whispered stuff to each other until Tommy
got annoyed at them.
When the movie was
finally over they got up and left.
"That was the
stupidest movie ever!" Dominique said.
"I
know..." Fabrizio said.
"I thought it
was okay, what did you think Jack?" Tommy asked.
"What was it
about again?"
"You're
hopeless Jack," Tommy said.
Jack smiled at
Rose, who was in his arms. "I would have watched the movie, but I couldn't
take my eyes off of this beautiful woman."
"I love you
Jack," Rose said.
"I love you
more."
