MY STORY
Chapter Three
Good Sunday morning people! It is now seven
fifteen. I just finished breakfast and now sitting on my bed with my back
leaning on the headboard. I'm just continuing the novel that I am reading. This
story is so good and yet sad. I feel sorry for Sheila, the girl in that story.
She's in love with Francis but the problem is, Francis doesn't love her and is
in love with someone else. It sounds impossible to make Francis love her, but
it says on the summary, they will find love and will eventually get married.
Okay, okay, okay. Guess what? The house on
the other street is sold! He he he not really interesting news but I just love
that house. It is very big, and I wish I live there, but it is expensive
though. Our house is the oldest and smallest in this area. Call us poor but at
least we have a house, and it is very clean in the matter of fact! ^_^.
I just finished reading the book and it is so
good! I don't want to explain you what happened because I know you're already
bored of my story.
Right now, I'm walking outside. Guess where
I'm going. I'm going to my ideal house, just to see what's happening. Actually,
the only way I can see the house is through the big front gate because the
walls are too high and there is no way I can climb them, not that I didn’t try
to climb on them. It was a bad thing to do. Trust me, I just ended getting
scratches by falling on those thorny bushes.
I bet if someone sees me from inside the
house, he or she will think I'm a stalker or something. Well, I just adore it,
and someday, I will buy that house, and it will belong to me.
The house still looks the same, the outside
fountain is running, the grass is as green as ever and the flowers are
blooming. The only differences are, there are moving trucks, a Mercedes Benz,
and wow a black Porsche! I just wish I owned that car. There are people coming
out of the front door so I decide to leave because I think I had enough peeking
at the house and I might also get caught.
I started walking down the street. Today's
weather is not that bad, just average. The sun is up and the neighborhood is so
peaceful. The only noise that I hear now is the barking of Mrs. Brinson's dog,
Buddy. I hate that dog! It almost beat me on my ass when I went to her house to
look after her rose garden last summer. Her house is very adorable, too, and it
is big but not as big as my ideal house.
So anyway, I am still walking and humming the
song Only You by the Platters. I don't know if you heard of it but it’s
from the oldies. I like those kinds of music. I also listen to pop, sometimes R
& B, and of course, I also listen to classical. I know most of you don't
listen to classical, but hey I don’t blame you because we all have different taste.
I'm still humming the song but this time my
eyes are closed. I decide to cross the street with my eyes unopened. There's no
harm of crossing the street with my eyes shut because I don't hear any vehicle
coming. So I start walking across, but then suddenly, out of nowhere, I hear a
loud screech coming from the car's tires. When I open my eyes, I saw a red
Corvette in front of me, about three or four inches away from me before it can
hit me.
Am I shocked?
Of course, I'm very shocked! Damn, the color
of my skin almost turns real white and my blood rises up!
Then, I suddenly lose my balance, and I fall
flat on my butt! Ouch, that hurts! So much for a good Sunday morning walk!
Roses are red
Violets are blue
It's a beautiful day
And it should stay that way.
I know it's corny. At least I have a poem ~_^
