Raised in Maryhill, Glasgow by his father, Joseph, his mother left him when he was only four. At the age of 21, after reading Arthur Miller's 'The Crucible', he enrolled in acting classes at the Glasgow Arts Centre. In 1991, together with four other actors, Robert founded the Raindog theatre company (named after Tom Waits' album 'Rain Dog', one of Roberts favourites), a company dedicated to innovative work.
Born the 5th of October, 1967 in England, Guy Pearce started in show business at the age of 17 and soon became an Australian heartthrob known for his roles as Mike in the highly acclaimed international television series, Neighbors, and David in the equally popular TV series, Home and Away.
Born in Buffalo New York, he is a tall, fair-haired character actor who is recognized all over for his excellent work. Everyone knows his face, but not his name. He is also a veteran stage actor having such plays as "The Elephant Man" and Neil Simon's "London Suite" under his belt. In recent years he can be seen is most Tim Burton films.
Attended American Academy of Dramatic Arts in
Pasadena, CA. While there, he began to win bit and small roles in TV series and movies. He broke in with a bit on an episode of "Singer & Sons" in 1990, then did two episodes of "The Wonder Years," both in 1992, although in different seasons. He also had a bit role in "Shoot First: A Cop's Vengeance," an NBC TV movie, and even guested in a pilot called "1775," a sitcom set in colonial days, as a Scruffy Kid. About the few substantial roles was a co-starring one as a youth in "Gun Crazy," a Showtime thriller, and a guest appearance on "Melrose Place." In 1993, Davies was cast in a TV commercial for Subaru in which his "character" compares the car to punk rock. The commercial was noticed by numerous casting directors and industry forces. Davies found himself being sent feature film scripts.
John is the only son of a lower middle-class family. His father, Hohn Speshock, was a truck driver. His mother, Mildred, was a homemaker and an occasional waitress. He grew up near Paterson, New Jersey, but left at age 16 to attend the Professional Children's School. In 1963, he landed a recurring role on "The Patty Duke Show". After that ended he attended Fairleigh Dickenson University and later New York University, but dropped out to return to acting. John is an acknowledged alcoholic, who has remained sober ever since getting therapy. He has also recently quit smoking, which he describes as "hell on earth".
Winner of two Tony awards for his roles in Angels in
America: Millenium Approaches and Angels in America: Perestroika. In 2000, he was nominated for another Tony for his role as drunken dinner guest in James Joyce's The Dead. Well known in the Theatre, he continues to work there.
Trained at the London Academy of Dramatic Arts and Sciences. His theatre credits include 'Cheap Talk', 'Foreigner', 'As You Like It', 'Rivals', 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', 'Bald Soprano', and 'Waiting for Lefty'. The young actor won a 1991 Best Actor Dramalogue Award for 'Away Alone'. McDonough has been a 'Star Trek' fan since he was a kid. Playing Lieutenant Hawk in 'Star Trek First Contact' was a life-long dream. McDonough has three pictures on his bedroom wall. One is a picture of his mom, the other is the Holy Virgin Mary, and the third is William Shatner as Captain Kirk. He has numerous television credits including 'NYPD Blue', 'Quantum Leap', and the voice of Bruce Banner in the animated series 'The Incredible Hulk' among others. He graduated Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1988.
Born September 8, 1971 in Winchester, VA to later attend Fairfax High School in LA. His hobbies are break dancing and graffiti.
Sheila made her motion picture debut as Maggie Eagle Bear, the Ivy League-educated teacher and activist on the Pine Ridge Reservation in the film Thunderheart.
Born in Keshena, Wisconsin, Tousey is a Menominee and Stockbridge-Munsee Indian, raised on both the Menominee and Stockbridge-Munsee Reservations. A professional dancer and actress, Tousey began Indian dancing as a small child but did not perform on stage until she attended the University of New Mexico. She initially entered the university's law program, planning to specialize in federal contracts and Indian law, but later changed her major to English and began taking theater arts courses.
After graduation, Tousey enrolled in the graduate acting program at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
