     The lever the stone had been resting on rose as the weight of the stone was removed. Bond tensed, ready for a trap. He let his breath out when the door began to raise open. He looked at the stone he was holding. Apparently “ز ” wasn’t an “R”.
     Bond dropped the rock to the ground and went through the door. Almost instantly, he heard someone grunt, accompanied by the scraping of boots on rock. He walked forward, and nearly stepped into the hole. The he noticed that to him it was a hole, but from Indiana’s perspective it was a chimney. The hole obviously led to somewhere lower in the cave. Indiana must have climbed up from there.
     He looked down to see Indiana climbing up the hole. As Indiana reached the top he dropped his pickax. Bond quickly dropped to his knee and caught it before it fell out of reach.
     “Careful,” Bond said. “You might need this when we climb back down the mountain. Continue
